Privacy

Privacy, in plain words.

This page explains what theanxiousloop.com collects, why, and what you can ask for. It’s written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

When you take the profile, we keep your answers and your result so the result page can show it to you. We don’t ask for your name or email unless you choose to get the 7-day path.

If you give your email, we keep it with your first name (if given), your result, and where you first came from (for example, an Instagram post). We send it to Kit, our email service, so the 7-day path can reach you.

If you buy a workshop place or membership, Stripe handles the payment. We keep a record of what you bought and your email. We never see or store your card details.

To understand which pages help people, we count page views and visits. These counts aren’t linked to you.

The one cookie

We set a single cookie called loop_src that remembers where you first came from, for 30 days. It helps us see which posts or links are useful. It doesn’t follow you to other sites.

The app

When the app opens, it will record that you used a tool (for example, that you checked in), never what you wrote. Journal entries, check-in notes and drafts stay in your account.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from every email with one click. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We’ll do it within 30 days.
